When will I receive my diploma and cover?
Your diploma will be mailed after grades have been entered, six to eight weeks after commencement to the permanent home address listed in the MyUW Student Center. Ensure that your address is up-to-date so that it delivers to the correct location.
Doctoral, MFA, and Medical Professional Degree Candidates will receive a diploma cover at the commencement ceremony.
Bachelor’s, Law, and Master’s Degree Candidates will receive a diploma cover from the University Book Store when they pick up their cap and gown, except for undergraduate engineering or business graduates who will receive their folder from their school or college.
