Complimentary parking is available in almost all campus parking lots to guests during commencement weekend. A map of specific lots and when they are available can be viewed here. Free parking will be available at most lots on Friday 12 pm – 11 pm, and Saturday 7am through Sunday at 2 pm.

A complimentary commencement shuttle will be available on Saturday, May 14 to transport participants and guests around campus to Camp Randall Stadium. Wheelchair accessible shuttle buses will be available on the free shuttle routes.

See here for accessible parking spaces on campus. Nearly all of these lots will be available and free to the public on the day of the ceremony. Spots are first come, first served, and no special event permit beyond a State-issued handicap placard are required to access.

We reserve Lot 17 near Camp Randall for Accessible Parking. Requests for Lot 17 passes have been processed, and were mailed out on April 29, 2022. If your party still needs to request an accessible parking pass, please contact our office directly at accessibility@chancellor.wisc.edu, and we will provide information on how to pick-up a permit on campus between May 2 – May 14th. Please note that in addition to the special event accessible parking pass, you will need a DOT-issued ADA parking pass to enter Lot 17.

Please contact accessibility@chancellor.wisc.edu with any questions.
